Velvet fabrics are sourced from Czech Republic (VELVETA). Storage: Finished fabrics are stored in Rapsodi’s warehouse. All fabrics are in polybags on the pallets. Inspected fabrics are clearly marked. Testing: Factory has washing machines and drying machines and weight scale. Every batch of fabric is tested for shrinkage and their weighted. Inspections: We Have a fabric inspection machine. Fabrics are checked 100 % prior to cutting. Linings are checked 10% randomly. When there is an urgent situation, denim fabrics are checked 30 % at least. Four points system is aided for decision making stage at fabric.
